INGREDIENTS
- 1 box bow tie or farfalle pasta
- 1 cup zesty Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 cup creamy Ranch salad dressing
- 8 strips crispy bacon, crumbled
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook pasta per package instructions (Don’t forget to salt your boiling water!)
- Drain pasta and chill for at least 10 minutes so we don’t end up with wilted lettuce.
- Prepare your bacon. Sometimes I use microwave bacon. Sometime I fry my own. Do whichever you prefer.
- In a small bowl combine zesty Italian and ranch dressings. Fold into cooled pasta.
- Fold in bacon, lettuce, tomato and onion
- Add salt and pepper
- Serve, or cover and chill for later
