Loaded Macaroni Salad



  • 1 box elbow macaroni, cooked per package instructions
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
  • 8 crispy bacon strips, crumbled
  • 3 celery ribs, diced
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese or Velveeta cut into small cubes
  • Salt and pepper


  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbs ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups Hellman’s mayo


  • Cook macaroni per instructions. (Don’t forget to salt your boiling water!)
  • Drain and add to large mixing bowl. Chill for at least 10 minutes.
  • Prepare dressing by combining milk, lemon juice, ranch seasoning mix and mayo
  • Remove pasta from the refrigerator and fold in dressing
  • Stir in cheese, onion, bacon, salt and pepper
  • Server or cover and chill until ready to serve
