My Slow Cooker Chili


1lb Ground Beef
1 can or bottle of beer (You can substitute water if needed)
1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chile
1 packet of McCormick Chile Seasoning
1 can tomato sauce
1 chopped jalapeño (optional)
1 can kidney beans (optional)
1 white onion, diced
2 clove minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Cook ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink
Add all ingredients to your crock pot and cook on low for 4 – 6 hours


I serve this with corn bread from the Kroger bakery.
Leave out the beans and you can also serve it over spaghetti topped with shredded cheddar.
