Weekly Meal Plan #3

My meal plans always revolve around what’s on sale. I’ve become such a thrifty shopper since moving to the “almost country”. I bought a whole brisket this time. I’m going to cook half this week and use it for multiple meals and freeze the other half to cook in a couple of weeks.

Saturday:

Johnsonville Brats Sliders with Sweet Potato Fries

Sunday:

Brisket with Over Roasted Garlic Potatoes and Zucchini

Lunch prep day! Cheese cubes, pasta salad, grapes and pork tenderloin for Monday dinner + lunch sandwiches and pasta salad.

Monday:

Teriyaki Pork tenderloin with Broccoli & Rice

Tuesday:

Brisket Naan Pizzas

Wednesday:

Pork Fried Rice and Spring Rolls

Thursday:

Homemade Italian Subs

Friday: NO COOKING!
