INGREDIENTS
2 cups shredded smoked gouda
1/2 cup Hellman’s Mayo
5 strips microwave bacon (crisp)
2 teaspoons ranch seasoning
1 bunch green onions
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl add shredded gouda
Stir in 1/2 cup of mayo (add more if you prefer a creamier dip)
Add ranch seasoning
Microwave bacon for 1 minute or until crisp
Let the bacon cool to at least room temperature
Crumble/chop the bacon and fold into dip
Stir in finely chopped green onions
Stir until all ingredients are well-combined
