Keto Meal Plan – Week #2

I had fun planning and cooking my Keto meals this week. I could never do one of those diets where I had to order all the food. I like the creative outlet that comes from finding interesting dishes and the planning and organizing that comes with putting them together. Is that more or less nerdy than playing computer games? Anyway, we discovered some really good new things.

  • Zucchini Lasagna
  • Ribeyes with Zucchini Chips
  • Brats and Zucchini Fries
  • Shrimp, “Grits” and Zoodles
  • Pork Tenderloin
  • Egg Roll in a Bowl
  • Fathead Pizza with Steak and Arugula
