Spaghetti Cream Cheese Casserole

INGREDIENTS

12 oz. spaghetti, cooked per package directions
1 (28 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. cream cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 small white onion diced
8 oz. bag shredded mozzarella

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
In a medium skillet brown the ground beef with the garlic and onion.
Drain and add the spaghetti sauce. Set aside.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add cream cheese, Italian seasoning and about half of the meat sauce mixture.
Stir until the cream cheese has melted and the noodles are coated.
Place a small amount of remaining sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.
Put spaghetti on top of the sauce, add half of the shredded mozzarella and then top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
