Weekly Meal Plan – Keto Friendly #1

It’s 2019! 2018 was pretty stressful and let’s face it, we all need to lose some weight. Luckily, we’re all in it together. I know how to diet. I could come up with my own way and do it on my own, but it was important to me to come up with something that SS could be successful with too. If I leave him to his own devices, he’ll be eating lean cuisine pizzas at every meal for three months, and that’s just not the way to do this. This is our second week and it’s going great so far. Here’s our meal plan for this week. Lot’s of new recipes. My biggest struggle this week is gong to be that I have to go on a client visit this week in Michigan. Yuk! I am dreading it. Plus we have to go to dinner and they’ve chosen an Italian restaurant of all places. I’ve looked through their menu online. It’s a fancy place and there are not a lot of good places. I’ll figure it out.

Lunch items

  • Cheese Cubes
  • Salami cream cheese roll-ups
  • Tuna salad with cucumber slices
  • Antipasto Salad
  • Old Wisconsin turkey sticks
  • Little bags of almonds

Dinner

  • Saturday – Lettuce-wrapped cheeseburgers and zucchini-broccoli muffins
  • Sunday – Brats with Loaded Cauliflower Mashed “Potatoes”
  • Monday – Pork Chops with Garlic Parmesan Zoodles
  • Tuesday – Garlic butter and Parmesan chicken with Cauliflower rice
  • Wednesday – Crust-less Spinach and Cheese Pie with Bacon
  • Thursday – Italian Sub Salad
  • Friday – Eggroll in a bowl
