2-3 lbs. Chuck Roast
1/3 cup honey or brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1 Tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar (white wine vinegar will do)
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated or minced (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
1/2 jalapeno, minced (optional)
1 tsp sesame oil
Place everything in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Pull apart beef\Add to flour or corn tortillas
Top with Asian Slaw mix from your produce department and serve
Asian slaw is small bag of cabbage, carrots, green onion so make your own if you prefer.
Drizzle with a tiny bit of rice wine vinegar and soy to taste
