1 package (3 oz) cream cheese
1⁄2 cup powdered sugar
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked & cooled (I used store-bought)
1 cup starwberry glaze (I used store-bought from the produce dept)
3 cups fresh strawberries, rinsed and quartered
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream just until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture. Evenly spread filling in the bottom of the baked pie crust.
In yet another bowl, fold glaze into cut berries
Add your glazed berries to the top of your pie.
Chill for 30 minutes and serve
Top with whipped cream! (Optional)
