Pecan Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. Boneless Chicken Breast
One 4 ounce bag chopped pecans
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/3 cup Hellman’s mayo
1-2 ribs of celery chopped
Salt & Pepper

DIRECTIONS

Bake or boil chicken until cooked through
Chill for at least 30 minutes
Meanwhile, add all other ingredients to a mixing bowl
Remove chicken from the refrigerator and chop into bite-sized pieces
Fold chicken into your other ingredients
Add additional mayo as needed.
