Pea Salad

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise
4 cups Frozen Green Peas, almost thawed
8 slices Bacon, Cooked Until Crisp And Chopped
1/2 whole Small Red Onion, Halved And Sliced Very Thin
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3 diced roma or vine ripe tomatoes. (If it;s summertime and they are large, 2 will be fine)
1 BAG SHREDDED CHEDDAR
Salt And Pepper

DIRECTIONS

Mix mayo and sour cream, add salt and pepper to taste
Stir 2/3 of the dressing into the peas until the peas are coated.
Gently stir in the bacon, onion, cheese, tomatoes and egg
Taste and adjust seasonings or add extra dressing as needed
Cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours before serving.
