INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 large ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced (remove seeds & veins if you like it mild)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 white onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add chopped tomato and onion to a bowl. Add roughly chopped cilantro.
- Add the diced jalapeno
- Slice the lime in half and squeeze the juice from half a lime the bowl.
- Sprinkle with salt, and stir together until combined.
- Be sure to taste the Pico de Gallo and adjust the seasonings, adding salt or more diced jalapeno if you like.
