INGREDIENTS
- 1 box bowtie or shell pasta
- 2 cups red grapes, halved
- 4 oz blue cheese crumbles
- 4 cloves grated or finely minced garlic
- 1 cup Hellman’s mayo
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, garlic and lemon juice. Stir well and refrigerate.
- Cook pasta per box instructions. Don’t forget to salt your water before adding pasta!
- Drain pasta and pour into your salad bowl/mixing bowl. Refrigerate while preparing other ingredients.
- Remove pasta and dressing from refrigerator
- Add blue cheese crumbles, grapes and onions
- Fold in dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cover and chill before serving
