INGREDIENTS
1 head of Iceberg Lettuce (washed and roughly chopped)
8 oz shredded cheddar
2 tomatoes cut into normal, salad-sized wedges
6 hard boiled eggs (chopped or sliced)
1/4 cup sugar
1 pkg microwave bacon
1 1/2 cups Hellman’s Mayo
1 medium white onion (diced)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add chopped lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, cheddar, and eggs to a salad bowl or glass casserole dish
Toss gently until ingredients are well distributed
Add salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine mayo and sugar. Mix well.
Fold into salad
Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld
