INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 2 1/2 oz jar of dried beef (usually located in tuna aisle at your grocer)
- 1 bunch green onions, finely diced
- 1 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soften the cream cheese to room temperature.
- Finely chop dried beef by had or in food processor
- Add 1/4 cup of the pecans and all remaining ingredients to a bowl
- Mix until combined and then form into a ball
- Roll in remaining pecans
- Refrigerate for at least one hour (but it’s even better if you make it the night before and let the flavors blend).
