Beef and Onion Cheeseball

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 2 1/2 oz jar of dried beef (usually located in tuna aisle at your grocer)
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely diced
  • 1 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Soften the cream cheese to room temperature.
  • Finely chop dried beef by had or in food processor
  • Add 1/4 cup of the pecans and all remaining ingredients to a bowl
  • Mix until combined and then form into a ball
  • Roll in remaining pecans
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour (but it’s even better if you make it the night before and let the flavors blend).
