INGREDIENTS

1 package fresh Kroger cheddar brats for the meat dept.
1 can/bottle of beer
Dijon or spicy brown mustard
Kings Hawaiin Butter Dinner Rolls
Cheddar Cheese slices
1/2 white onion

DIRECTIONS

Cut white onion in to large chunks or strips
Add onion, brats, beer to cooking pot
Fill empty can/bottle with water and add that as well
Cook on medium, bringing to a slow boil, for about 10 – 15 minutes
Throw your brats on the grill or cook under the broiler for about 5 minutes to brown
Slice them in half and then in half again
Add to your rolls with cheddar and mustard
