Low Carb Cheese Crisps

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 tbs Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 12 tsp of another shredded cheese of your choice
  • Toppings of your choice – Jalapenos, Olives, Pepperoni, Bacon

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Line a backing sheet with parchment or a baking mat
  • Spoon 12 evenly spaced piles of shredded Parmesan onto your baking sheet
  • Flatten them out a bit so their nice and tidy
  • Top each with one tsp of your other cheese
  • Add topping of your choice
  • Bake 8-9 minutes
  • Let them cool. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
