Gouda Bacon Ranch Dip
INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups finely shredded smoked gouda
  • 8 oz room temp, full fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Hellman’s Mayo
  • 5 strips crisp bacon, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning
  • 4 green onions, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cook bacon until crisp.  Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl add shredded gouda and cream cheese
  • Stir in 1/2 cup of mayo (add more if you prefer a creamier dip)
  • Add ranch seasoning
  • Crumble/chop the bacon and fold into dip
  • Stir in finely chopped green onions
  • Stir/combine until smooth
