The New Year is only a few weeks away, and with the New Year, we have decided to diet. Work has been super stressful, and I mean REALLY SUPER STRESSFUL for the past nine months and I have been self-medicating with chocolate. With that in mind, I am taking the somewhat twisted first step of using up all of the sugar, flour and chocolate in the pantry. Last week, I made dark chocolate almond bark and some layered fudge which was 1/2 mocha and 1/2 creme brulee. Today, I made homemade frosted brownies. All of them turned out great.
