A Good Week + Keto Meal Plan #5

Two more pounds gone. Hooray! This was a good week. We’re hiring at work. It’s definitely helped everyone’s mood seeing new people starting and knowing there are more on the way. I know it’s helped me, and made it much easier to lose weight. Yesterday we got to hang with the fam for TDub’s birthday. We had a nice meal and visited the Dub’s new house. I think everyone had a great time. TDub was all smiles and ate all of GG’s fries. I didn’t get to eat birthday cake which was a drag. I made keto brownies to tide us over. I used the recipe here: https://www.gnom-gnom.com/fudgey-cocoa-paleo-keto-brownies/. They were pretty tasty. I mean, they are not even close to as good as real brownies, but they served their purpose. I left off the sea salt, but I will definitely use it next time.
