Creamy Garlic Aioli

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of Hellman’s mayo
  • 1 tbs cider vinegar
  • 1 clove grated garlic
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

That’s it. Super easy. The garlic flavor will be more pronounced if you refrigerate for at least an hour. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

VARIATIONS

I make so many variations of this that I will be hard-pressed to remember them all here.

  • Roast your garlic rather than using raw garlic. This will give you a less-pungent, but still awesome flavor.
  • Add a squirt of siracha or hot sauce to make this a spicy dip
  • Add 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tbs milk and another tbs of cider vinegar and use this as your slaw dressing
  • Add 2 tbs Dijon for a garlicy dijonaise dip (this is what I use on my burgers)
  • Substitute lemon juice for vinegar and add rosemary for a fantastic dip for fries
