INGREDIENTS
5 fl oz of white wine
3 1/3 fl oz olive oil
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp of baking powder
5 oz. grated swiss cheese or cheddar (or a mixture)
4 green onions diced
Six slices crispy bacon, crumbled (I used microwave bacon)
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup sliced green olives
DIRECTIONS
Preheat over to 360 degrees
Butter or use cooking spray to coat the inside of a 9 x 5 loaf pan
In a large bowl, whisk together the wine, oil, eggs and salt.
Separately, mix the flour and baking powder, sift and stir into the liquid ingredients
Add bacon, olives, cheese and green onion
Stir to combine
Pour into loaf pan
Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 360°F
