INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups finely shredded smoked gouda
- 8 oz room temp, full fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Hellman’s Mayo
- 5 strips crisp bacon, chopped
- 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning
- 4 green onions, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook bacon until crisp. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl add shredded gouda and cream cheese
- Stir in 1/2 cup of mayo (add more if you prefer a creamier dip)
- Add ranch seasoning
- Crumble/chop the bacon and fold into dip
- Stir in finely chopped green onions
- Stir/combine until smooth
