INGREDIENTS
1 12 ounce can of chunk light tuna
4 tablespoons Hellman’s Mayo
1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/3 small white onion chopped
2-3 dill pickle spears diced
Salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS
Drain tuna and add to a mixing bowl
Fold in onion, pickle, celery and egg
Add 3/4 of the mayo, salt & pepper and stir
Add remaining mayo as needed.
Notes – If you like your tuna salad less “chunky” and more like a spead, cut the amont of celery and onion in half.
