INGREDIENTS
- 3 Boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 cup Hellman’s mayo
- 2 ribs of celery, diced
- 1 tbs spicy brown mustard
- 2 ribs of celery, diced
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil chicken until cooked through, approximately 25 minutes for 3 whole breasts
- Chill for at least 30 minutes
- Shred/chop cooked chicken and transfer to large mixing bowl
- Add celery, pecans, green onions and mustard
- Fold in mayo
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add additional mayo as needed to achieve the texture you prefer
This recipe is super versatile. Switch it up by adding one of the following:
- Dried cranberries
- Halved green grapes
- Chopped eggs
- Chopped apple
