INGREDIENTS
Salad
- 1 box elbow macaroni, cooked per package instructions
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
- 8 crispy bacon strips, crumbled
- 3 celery ribs, diced
- 8 oz cheddar cheese or Velveeta cut into small cubes
- Salt and pepper
Dressing
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbs ranch dressing mix
- 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups Hellman’s mayo
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook macaroni per instructions. (Don’t forget to salt your boiling water!)
- Drain and add to large mixing bowl. Chill for at least 10 minutes.
- Prepare dressing by combining milk, lemon juice, ranch seasoning mix and mayo
- Remove pasta from the refrigerator and fold in dressing
- Stir in cheese, onion, bacon, salt and pepper
- Server or cover and chill until ready to serve
