My Keto List

I think one of the most difficult parts of Keto eating is being creative. When you eliminate pasta, rice, potatoes and bread most meals consist of meat and veggies. The great thing about keto is that it doesn’t feel like dieting. I eat butter, real butter, almost every day. I eat burgers, steak, fried chicken and pork chops. Here is a list of meals and snacks that are our go-to’s.

Snacks
