I am proud to say that S and I both achieved new best times on Saturday. S went sub 38. I think his time was 37.35 which is amazing. I was very close. But damn, I’m thinking I may have not have too many more big time drops in my future. 38.09 was a lot of running.
This week we’ve decided to try planking. If you read this ten years from now and ask, “What the hell is planking?”, it’s a yoga pose designed to kill you. Okay, really it is to strengthen your core. It’s hard. Seriously. Look it up and try it. I dare you to hold the pose for a minute. My goal for March is to hold it for 60 seconds. Lofty I know!
