Two more pounds gone. Hooray! This week was Valentine’s Day. S and I aren’t really a Valentine’s Day, Sweetest Day kind of couple. We actually kind of make fun of these types of holidays. Does that make me unromantic, cynical, practical? I don’t know. We do like to do things on our anniversary. We’ve taken some cool vacations for anniversaries. Our goal is to be a lot thinner by our next anniversary so we can go somewhere amazing. A much more important day that one of these other made-up card-buying holidays in my opinion. Valentine’s Day is especially useless without candy. Just sayin. This brings me to this week’s meal plan, which as always is usually based on this week’s Kroger ad. This week’s ad was horrible. Therefore, this week, I chose almost all of my meals based on what was in the freezer.
