Steak, Arugula, Blue Cheese Flatbread

Steak, Arugula, Blue Cheese Flatbread

NGREDIENTS

1 Medium (10 oz) steak, cut into thin slices
1 Package of Arugula or Spinach
1/2 of an 8oz container of blue cheese crumbles
2 tablespoons exta virgin olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 package of nan (These are little flatbreads sold in the backery) If you can’t find these, just go to the aisle where they sell pizza crusts.
There are flat breads there too. Instead of making two, small flat breads just use the same recipe to make one larger one.

DIRECTIONS

Preheat over to 400 degrees
Place your flatbreads or nans on a flat baking sheet or pizza stone
Drizzle with olive oil and rub it evenly over the crust with a paper towel or your hand
Add minced garlic and sliced steak
Top with blue cheese crumbles
Bake for 12-12 minutes until crust begins to crisp and cheese melts
Remove from over and top with Arugula
Slice and serve

*Note – Drizzle the top with a balsamic vinegar dressing – Totally optional, but yummy.
