INGREDIENTS
- 12 tbs Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 12 tsp of another shredded cheese of your choice
- Toppings of your choice – Jalapenos, Olives, Pepperoni, Bacon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425
- Line a backing sheet with parchment or a baking mat
- Spoon 12 evenly spaced piles of shredded Parmesan onto your baking sheet
- Flatten them out a bit so their nice and tidy
- Top each with one tsp of your other cheese
- Add topping of your choice
- Bake 8-9 minutes
- Let them cool. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
