California Grilled Chicken Flatbread

INGREDIENTS

2 small griled chicken breasts, cut into thin slices
1 Avacado
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons exta virgin olive oil
4 strips microwave bacon, crispy
6 ounces shredded cheddar
Ranch dressing
3-4 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 package of naan (These are little flatbreads sold in the backery) If you can’t find these, just go to the aisle where they sell pizza crusts.
There are flatbreads there too. Instead of making two, small flatbreads just use the same recipe to make one larger one.

DIRECTIONS

Preheat over to 400 degrees
Place your flatbreads or nans on a flat baking sheet or pizza stone
Drizzle with ovlie oil and rub it evenly over the crust with a paper towel or your hand
Add half of the shredded cheddar, green onions, bacon and sliced grilled chiken
Top with remaining shredded cheddar
Bake for 10-12 minutes until crust begins to crisp and cheese melts
Remove from over and top with slices of avocado and chopped cilantro
Drizzle the top lightly ranch dressing
Slice and serve
