Marinades

Balsamic Garlic

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste

Whisk together. Marinade pork or chicken for at least one hour, or up to 8 hours

Carne Asada

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sot sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cloves minced garlic

Whisk together. Marinade steak, pork or chicken for at least 4 hours or overnight

Greek Marinade

  • 1 large clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil, extra-virgin
  • 3 tbsp Red wine vinegar

Whisk together or shake in a jar. Marinade chicken overnight or minimum 2 hours. Also a yummy salad dressing.
