INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Chili Flakes, more or less to taste
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 3 Green Onions, sliced, plus more for garnish
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds, for garnish
- 3 packs Ramen Noodles (any flavor)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare ingredients ahead of time. You want to move quickly when preparing these noodles.
- Cook ramen per package instructions. Discard flavor packet.
- Add sesame and olive oil to wok (or similar) skillet on medium high heat
- Add minced garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes. Cook 1 minute.
- Add soy, vinegar, brown sugar and half the green onion
- Whisk to combine and then remove from heat.
- Toss noodles in sauce. Add green onion and sesame seeds to garnish.
