I love dessert.  I can’t help it.  That said, I’ve never really been a big fan of cake.  I mean, cake’s fine.  It’s just never been one of my favorite things.   But these cupcakes…  wow.  Making your own from scratch is definitely worth the bit of extra time.  So much better than a grocery store bakery or box mix.  Everything else is pretty darned good too.  If you like lemon, I think the glazed lemon brownies are amazing! My new favorite cookies are the M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies. Try them! I’ve been having so much fun re-discovering my love of baking and decorating.
