Garlic Chili Oil Noodles

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Chili Flakes, more or less to taste
  • 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 3 Green Onions, sliced, plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds, for garnish
  • 3 packs Ramen Noodles (any flavor)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Prepare ingredients ahead of time. You want to move quickly when preparing these noodles.
  • Cook ramen per package instructions. Discard flavor packet.
  • Add sesame and olive oil to wok (or similar) skillet on medium high heat
  • Add minced garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes. Cook 1 minute.
  • Add soy, vinegar, brown sugar and half the green onion
  • Whisk to combine and then remove from heat.
  • Toss noodles in sauce. Add green onion and sesame seeds to garnish.
