Tomorrow, December 2nd, the forecast calls for party sunny skies and 60+ degree temperatures. Awesome! This week has been REALLY cold. On Wednesday I think it was about 27 degrees at 3PM. A lot of people like to grill. They might think, “Hey 62 degrees. We could grill.” I want to point out that we don’t need it to be 62. We shovel snow off the deck to grill. We grill when it’s 10 degrees out. Today, it poured down rain for probably 12 straight hours. No matter, we grilled steaks. Hardcore baby.
I like my steaks medium. Your dad likes his closer to well done, with maybe a touch of pink. Therefore, my steaks are almost always over done for my taste. Sometimes I try to catch him and get him to take mine off early, but usually I am busy cooking the sides and I don’t get to it in time. C’est la vie.
